The NFL Europe League season culminated this past Sunday in World Bowl ’99 when registered QB1 participants from the United States, Canada, Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands played along with the Frankfurt Galaxy vs. Barcelona Dragons in their battle for the World Bowl title in the league’s championship game.
