RioPort Inc. Announced

RioPort Inc. is official. Diamond Multimedia Systems today announced the launch of RioPort, a wholly owned subsidiary of Diamond Multimedia that has been chartered with delivering a new integrated digital audio platform that will allow consumers to smoothly access, manage and experience Internet audio content and services through a range of interoperable consumer players.

RioPort, Inc. today unveiled the key components of its digital audio platform in a series of announcements, including its RioPort.com content and services portal; its Rio Audio Manager software, which administers and controls content from the Internet to the playback device; new Rio brand portable player designs; and strategic alliances with leading digital audio content and security technology providers.
