Barracuda acquires Titanic: Adventure Out of Time

Barracuda acquires Titanic: Adventure Out of Time gets a June 1999 update. Barracuda announced that it has acquired the worldwide rights to CyberFlix’s top-selling adventure game Titanic: Adventure Out of Time.

With nearly a million copies sold worldwide since it’s initial release in 1996, Titanic was the 6th best-selling PC game in 1998 reaching as high as #2 and outselling titles such as Riven, Unreal, Quake 2, Age of Empires, Cabela’s Big Game Hunter, and Frogger. Havas Interactive (formerly Cendant Software) will continue to publish and distribute Titanic in North America for Hammerhead Entertainment, Barracuda’s publishing division.
