Descent 3 Now Available at Retail

Descent 3 is now moving into players’ hands. Interplay Entertainment announced the eagerly awaited 3D action shooter Descent 3 started shipping Friday, June 11, 1999 and is currently available at software retailers for Windows 95/98/NT based computers.

Developed by Outrage Entertainment, Descent 3 is the next installment in the new Descent series that pioneered multiplayer gaming and early on-line reviews are raving about Descent 3. Gamers will experience not only frenzied, subterranean shooting action in Descent 3, but also the thrill of flying out of the mines into the planetary atmosphere.
