Five versions. A lost prototype. Still brutally hard.

Ubisoft just dropped Rayman: 30th Anniversary Edition on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, PC, and Ubisoft+. Physical copies land in select regions this June..

You’re getting five versions of the 1995 classic:

  • PlayStation
  • Atari Jaguar
  • MS-DOS
  • Game Boy Advance
  • Game Boy Color

Yes, Jaguar. That alone is cool.

Even better, the package includes a never before playable SNES prototype, 120 bonus levels, a reworked soundtrack by Christophe Héral, and modern assists like rewind, infinite lives, and optional invincibility. Which you may need. Rayman does not play nice.

Digital Eclipse also packed in an interactive documentary with over 50 minutes of developer interviews and behind the scenes material. That’s catnip for retro fans.

If you love 90s platformers, weird prototypes, and seeing classic games treated like history instead of disposable content, this one’s worth a look.

Now excuse us while we go get wrecked in the Band Lands again.
