Evil has never been this much fun, or this much trouble.
Dungeon Keeper II is a devilishly fun hybrid of RTS, god game, and first-person dungeon crawling, if you can get past the bugs and Windows 98 requirement.
About This Game

Dungeon Keeper II, developed by Bullfrog Productions and published by Electronic Arts in 1999, is a real-time strategy game with strong elements of god games and first-person dungeon crawling. Players take on the role of a dungeon keeper, an evil overlord who digs out and manages an underground lair, attracts a variety of monstrous creatures, and defends against invading heroes. Rather than building units directly, the player constructs specific rooms, a library attracts warlocks, a torture chamber brings mistresses, creating a living dungeon that grows organically. The game is renowned for its darkly humorous tone, cartoonish art style, and the ability to possess any creature, seeing the dungeon through their eyes. Despite critical acclaim, the launch was plagued by bugs and compatibility issues, particularly with Windows NT/2000 systems, and promised post-release support like an official editor never materialized. A v1.70 patch and bonus pack later addressed many problems and added elite creatures. Dungeon Keeper II remains a cult classic for its inventive mechanics and unique atmosphere.
