Psygnosis Updates the Drakan Demo, the Last Before Release
Psygnosis released an updated Drakan demo (v2b) with refined AI, arrow pickup, bug fixes, and Arokh's lightning attack, the last demo before the game ships.
Psygnosis has put out an updated Drakan demo, version v2b, and this is the final one before the full game ships. The update refines the AI, lets you pick up arrows, fixes a batch of design and programming bugs, and adds Arokh’s lightning attack, which alone is worth the download. Spotted via 3DFILES.COM.
If you have not been following it, Drakan: Order of the Flame is a third-person action-adventure that splits its time between the ground and the sky. You play Rynn, a warrior with a sharp tongue and a quicker sword, who teams up with the fire-breathing dragon Arokh after her younger brother is kidnapped, and the two set off across the world of Drakan to get him back. On foot you fight with more than 50 weapons; in the air, the flight engine puts you in dragon-against-dragon battles for control of the skies.
