Pirate Heaven DLC Available for Tropico 4

The Pirate Heaven DLC for Tropico 4 adds a Smuggler's Hut to bypass blockades and a new Sailor trait to boost naval power, on PC.

Tropico is turning pirate. The new Pirate Heaven DLC for the PC version of Tropico 4 lets El Presidente ignore those pesky international blockades by importing goods through a new Smuggler’s Hut, and bolster naval power with the new ‘Sailor’ character trait. A cheeky bit of extra content for the island-dictator sim.
