Forsaken on The Internet Gaming Zone

Microsoft announced today that Forsaken, Acclaim's critically acclaimed 3-D first-person vehicle shooter, is now available for free multiplayer matchmaking on the Internet Gaming Zone.

Forsaken on The Internet Gaming Zone is the story today, and it fits right into the fast-moving PC gaming pileup of June 1998. Microsoft announced today that Forsaken, Acclaim’s critically acclaimed 3-D first-person vehicle shooter, is now available for free multiplayer matchmaking on the Internet Gaming Zone. Forsaken is set on a forlorn future earth as the action takes place in 360 degrees over more than a dozen distinct levels. Each of 15 monstrous mercenaries battle from unique pestilent “pioncycles” with an arsenal of more than 25 loathsome weapons. For players keeping one eye on patches, demos, hardware, and whatever the big studios are cooking up next, this is exactly the kind of update that can disappear in a day and matter a month later. Welcome to PC gaming, where the news moves faster than most download mirrors.
