Starsiege: Tribes Beta Test is the story on November 20, 1998, and it is one of those late-1998 PC gaming updates that says exactly where the scene is right now. Tribesplayers.com has let me know that Starsiege: Tribes Beta went out beta testers early this week. Also Dynamix is looking to start beta testing Tribe's dedicated server.

They are taking applications for this test. People that get accepted into the beta server test will receive the beta and a free copy of the final if they keep a server running at least 8 hours a day. People can sign up for the beta server test here. Free stuff, prizes, tournaments, and rebates are always worth a look, provided you read the fine print first.
