Rumble for Rome Tournament Sign Up

Sign-up begins today for the MSN Gaming Zone Rumble for Rome tournament.

Rumble for Rome Tournament Sign Up is the story on November 5, 1998, and it is one of those late-1998 PC gaming updates that says exactly where the scene is right now. Sign-up begins today for the MSN Gaming Zone Rumble for Rome tournament. Following the recent news that Age of Empires Expansion: Rise of Rome is starting to show up on store shelves, Microsoft last week announced the tournament in which the best Age players will compete in a no-holds-barred best-civilization-wins battle royale.

The contest will be decided by Conquest and will be played on a large map, at fast speed, 100 population and with default starting age and resources using any civilization. The first round starts November 14. Eight rounds will be played throughout November and early December, with the Championship round taking place at the Wizards of the Coast Game Center in Seattle on December 11. Free stuff, prizes, tournaments, and rebates are always worth a look, provided you read the fine print first.
