Fighter Ace War Week

The important bit: Microsoft announced starting Monday, December 14, the MSN Gaming Zone will be hosting the Fighter Ace War Week, five days of aerial combat featuring a grand prize worth over $3,000 dollars.

Fighter Ace War Week is the news today, and for late 1998 PC players that usually means one thing: another download, patch, demo, date, or box hitting shelves.

The important bit: Microsoft announced starting Monday, December 14, the MSN Gaming Zone will be hosting the Fighter Ace War Week, five days of aerial combat featuring a grand prize worth over $3,000 dollars. On Monday, at 6:00pm PST, the Zone will unveil a Deathmatch lobby and the first 100 Fighter Ace subscribers to make their way into this lobby will participate in the opening battle. The last survivor of the Deathmatch advances to the double-elimination round, as will the player with the most kills.

That is the kind of practical news that actually helps. Either grab it, patch it, or mark the date before the next flood of downloads buries it.
