GameAgents Announces Official Launch

GameAgents Corporation, a premier licensing agency to the interactiveentertainment industry today announced their official commencement of operations. To commemorate the launch, GameAgents proudly announce the successful negotiation of a licensing agreement between Aztech New Media and Monolith Productions for the exclusive North American rights to the development and publish an add-on pack for Monolith’s runaway hit PC game, SHOGO: Mobile Armor Division.

For January 1999, this is the business side of gaming doing what it always does: studios forming, publishers moving money around, lawsuits flying, and everyone promising the next big thing. Somewhere in that mess, players eventually get the games. Maybe.
