Asheron's Call Movie Trailer Released hits the March 1999 news desk on March 12, 1999. Microsoft and Turbine Entertainment revealed the debut of the first comprehensive sneak preview of their upcoming massively multiplayer RPG, Asheron's Call.

This 50-second movie takes you on a whirlwind tour of the game, through the powerful character creation system, the wide variety of landscape, the interior and dungeon environments, and many examples of combat, magic and social interaction. The movie was recorded using an alpha version of the game, and does not reflect all of the packs in and refinements in the final version. The only real test starts now. Boxes, demos, patches, and downloads do not mean much until players start hammering on them.
