Sandbox Studios Partners Program Announced

Sandbox Studios announces its Sandbox Studios Partners Program, a unique development partnership program that can take a game from concept to completion in as little as three months.

Sandbox Studios Partners Program Announced hits the March 1999 news desk on March 12, 1999. Sandbox Studios announces its Sandbox Studios Partners Program, a unique development partnership program that can take a game from concept to completion in as little as three months.

The program is simple: Send Sandbox Studios the art assets and it will assemble the game using its proprietary technology, add sound effects and music, test and finalize a publishing deal for the game. Sandbox Studios will then provide a 20% royalty share from the product's sales to the artists. It is not the loudest kind of gaming news, but the business and community machinery matters. Games do not appear out of thin air.
