There have been several reports of its availability at locations throughout the United States, and full domestic distribution is expected by the end of the month. Age of Empires Gold Edition brings the unlimited game play of Age of Empires and Age of Empires Expansion: The Rise of Rome together in one compelling package at an estimated street price of about US $39.99.Additionally, Microsoft says the estimated street price of Rise of Rome is being reduced to $19.99. The only real test starts now. Boxes, demos, patches, and downloads do not mean much until players start hammering on them.
