Take-Two has control of Telstar Electronic Studios

Take-Two has control of Telstar Electronic Studios is moving on the business side today, because apparently the games industry cannot go five minutes without someone buying, signing, or reorganizing something. Take-Two Interactive Software said today that it has gained operating control of Telstar Electronic Studios, the interactive software division of U.K.-based music publisher Telstar Group. Take-Two will oversee and fund Telstar’s product development efforts on a going forward basis, as well as, publish and distribute all past, present and future Telstar Electronic products. Telstar Group, plc. will receive varying percentages of Take-Two profits generated from the venture as consideration.

It may not be the same thrill as a fresh demo, but this stuff shapes what actually reaches players. Boring paperwork today can turn into games on shelves tomorrow.
