Laura’s Happy Adventures Shipped

Laura's Happy Adventures made news on April 27, 1999, with Ubi Soft says today that Laura's Happy Adventures, the first 3D adventure game for girls is available now nationwide.

Laura’s Happy Adventures has crossed the line from waiting game to actual product, which is always better than another promise. Ubi Soft says today that Laura’s Happy Adventures, the first 3D adventure game for girls is available now nationwide. Characters and settings are based on the popular PLAYMOBIL toy line, with PLAYMOBIL’s elaborate Victorian dollhouse serving as Laura’s home. There are over 20 hours of gameplay, setting a new standard in games for girls, and an original 45-minute soundtrack written to correspond to the different scenarios in the title. the title takes the gamer on five missions aimed at unlocking the power of an enchanted gem that Laura has discovered hidden in her grandfather’s rock collection.

Bottom line: if this is your kind of game, start watching the download pages and store shelves. April has been stupidly busy, and this one just joined the pile.
