eUniverse to acquire Cases Ladder

eUniverse to acquire Cases Ladder made news on April 22, 1999, with eUniverse today revealed that the definitive agreement has been signed to acquire Cases Ladder.

eUniverse to acquire Cases Ladder is moving on the business side today, because apparently the games industry cannot go five minutes without someone buying, signing, or reorganizing something. eUniverse today revealed that the definitive agreement has been signed to acquire Cases Ladder. Cases ladder is one of the largest interactive entertainment communities on the Internet with over 1 million registered users and over 35 million page views per month. Profitable, and growing at the rate of over 2,000 new members per day, Cases Ladder will become the first community based acquisition for the eUniverse.com network. Euniverse will issue 700,000 shares of common stock for the acquisition, based on Euniverse’s closing price on Wednesday, the acquisition would be valued at $7 million dollars.

Bottom line: if this is your kind of game, start watching the download pages and store shelves. April has been stupidly busy, and this one just joined the pile.
