Team Fortress Classic Released

Team Fortress Classic has crossed the line from waiting game to actual product, which is always better than another promise. Valve Software and Sierra Studios are proud to announce the launch of Team Fortress Classic (TFC), the free add-on for Half-Life that combines thrilling team-based gameplay with Half-Life’s leading edge technology. In Team Fortress Classic, you play one of nine classes, such as medic, soldier, or engineer and then join your teammates online or over a LAN to battle against enemy teams. Each class has unique weapons, items, abilities, and style of play. Team Fortress Classic packs in innovative scenarios, such as Hunted, where gamers are divided into teams of bodyguards and assassins, CanalZone, a territory control game, and “Push,” which is best described as soccer with machine guns.
