Homeworld Website Launched

Homeworld Website is moving on the business side today, because apparently the games industry cannot go five minutes without someone buying, signing, or reorganizing something. Sierra Studios and Relic Entertainment made it official today the launch of the new Web site dedicated to their upcoming game, Homeworld. It hosts all new screenshots, sign-ups for the official newsletter, and packs in updates and information on Homeworld, due to head to stores this June.The site also packs in an ICQ listing set up so Homeworld fans around the world can be connected through ICQ. Combining elements of space combat, strategic play and action, Homeworld promises to deliver elements of the most popular genres into a fresh 3-D game play experience. It is the debut release from Vancouver, B.C.-based Relic Entertainment.

It may not be the same thrill as a fresh demo, but this stuff shapes what actually reaches players. Boring paperwork today can turn into games on shelves tomorrow.
