TFC not being Released Today

TFC not being Released Today has crossed the line from waiting game to actual product, which is always better than another promise. Valve Software let me know that Team Fortress Classic isn’t going to release today. They have to do simultaneous releases in all languages, and they haven’t finished QA on the international versions. Once that finishes up, they’re going to do final acceptance testing on all the different language versions for 24 hours, and then release. The good news is that there will be a new map in the release, called Push.

Bottom line: if this is your kind of game, start watching the download pages and store shelves. April has been stupidly busy, and this one just joined the pile.
