Desert Fighters ATR Released

Desert Fighters ATR is out now. Long known for excellence in the flight simulation genre, Oregon-based Dynamix, a Sierra Company, announced today the availability of an Alpha Tech Release (ATR) for its eagerly anticipated World War II flight sim Desert Fighters.

Available just in time for those looking for an intriguing way to while away leisure hours over the long Memorial Day weekend, the ATR showcases key features of the flight sim set in the often overlooked North African theater. The title is expected to ship in October 1999. The Alpha Tech Release showcases multiplayer action, and will support up to 64 players via designated servers over the Internet, including via Havas Interactive’s gaming service WON.net.
