Interactive Magic sells CD-ROM Product Line

Interactive Magic sells CD-ROM Product Line is the latest item crossing the POCG news desk. Interactive Magic, developer and operator of Internet entertainment communities, has signed a definitive agreement to sell the Company’s CD-ROM product line to Ubi Soft Entertainment of Paris, France for cash.

Ubi Soft will ship these products into its worldwide distribution network. Interactive Magic will retain the online rights to these CD-ROM products, and operate the Internet versions of the products exclusively on the Company’s Internet community sites. The strategic alliance with Ubi Soft Entertainment, combined with proceeds from the sale, will enable Interactive Magic to focus entirely on expanding the Company’s Internet entertainment communities which include iMagic Entertainment Network or iEN, GameHub and MPG-Net.
