Thanks to Sierra Sports, a division of Sierra On-Line, NASCAR fans can now race for free on two of the tracks used in the NASCAR Racing Online Series, the officially sanctioned online racing series of NASCAR. The new demo, posted publicly today at NASCAR Racing Online Series web site, gives users a glimpse of what it is like to experience the high octane-excitement of NASCAR sanctioned competition. Developed by Sierra Sports’ award winning development team, Papyrus, in conjunction with NASCAR, the NROS represents the beginning of professional online racing with more than $30,000 in cash and prizes awarded to the top drivers in its inaugural season.
