Interplay and Gathering of Developers sign Agreement. Interplay OEM, a wholly owned subsidiary of Interplay Entertainment says a worldwide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) distribution agreement with Gathering of Developers, a developer-driven computer and video game publishing company. The agreement gives Interplay OEM, Inc. worldwide OEM distribution rights on selected PC titles from Gathering of Developers over the next two years. Interplay OEM is the strongest distribution partner in the market to take Gathering of Developers technology-driven product range to their OEM partners.
