The 3DO Company Raises $43 Million. The 3DO Company says it has completed an offering of 7.9 million shares of its Common Stock at $5.4375 per share. The size of the offering was increased from the originally planned 6 million shares. Trip Hawkins, CEO and chairman of the company, purchased 1.4 million shares included in the offering.
