Q3Test v1.07 released with cheat fixes

This addresses many cheat exploit issues as well as fixing an exploit in the q3tourney map. Q3Test v1.07 is only currently available for Win32 (Win98/NT) and Linux.

Q3Test v1.07 released with cheat fixes. id Software had relased Quake 3 v1.07, which is now available as either an upgrade path from v1.06, or as a full package if you have not downloaded v1.06. This addresses many cheat exploit issues as well as fixing an exploit in the q3tourney map. Q3Test v1.07 is only currently available for Win32 (Win98/NT) and Linux.
