The longtime friends and former roommates managed their teams in a computer-simulated version of the real game, complete with accurate starting lineups and a beautifully rendered Fenway Park. Frey was victorious, as his American League All-Stars shut down a late game rally by Tanner and the National League to win by a healthy 8 to 4 margin.
