Hasbro secures Jeff Gordon Agreement

Hasbro secures Jeff Gordon Agreement landed today, giving players another thing to circle on the calendar.

Hasbro, in partnership with Action Performance Companies, announced today that it has signed a new five-year licensing and personal services agreement with NASCAR Winston Cup champion Jeff Gordon.

The agreement significantly extends Hasbro’s mass retail marketing rights for the company’s Winner’s Circle brand, the leading mass-market brand of NASCAR toys and games. Gordon, who won three of the last four Winston Cup champion titles as driver of the Hendrick Motorsports/ #24 DuPont Automotive Finishes Monte Carlo Chevrolet, is the most recognized NASCAR driver among boys ages 6-11.

PC hardware is moving stupid fast right now, and this is one more part of that arms race.
