NVIDIA and Acer Laboratories Inc. (ALi) announced today the Aladdin TNT2 integrated graphics chipset for the sub-$1000 PC market. The Aladdin TNT2 merges ALi’s proven Slot 1/Socket 370 Northbridge design and NVIDIA’s award-winning RIVA TNT2 3D graphics core into a single integrated chip.

The hardware race is getting mean, and the upside is simple: gamers keep getting faster, stranger toys to bolt into their rigs.
