Crimson Skies Announced

Crimson Skies has been announced, and the pitch is now loose in the wild for PC and console players to start arguing about.

Crimson Skies has been announced, and the pitch is now loose in the wild for PC and console players to start arguing about.

The useful part: Shipping in mid-2000, Crimson Skies plunges gamers into a world of aerial piracy and daredevil adventures set during the golden age of aviation. The planes are faster, the engines are bigger, and the guns are more powerful. In this alternate history, the year is 1937 and the United States is fractured into squabbling nation-states, brought about by the weight of the Great Depression, regional prohibition and mounting isolationism. File it under the usual 1999 PC pile: interesting, crowded, and probably fighting five other releases for attention.
