The useful part: The Company reported net earnings of $36 million or $0.57 per diluted share, a 74% increase, compared to $21 million or $0.37 per diluted share in the prior year. For the fourth quarter, net revenues grew by 20% to $110.4 million versus $91.8 million in the comparable period a year ago. Net income increased by 35% to $11.2 million or $0.17 per diluted share versus $8.2 million or $0.14 per diluted share in the prior year.
