Indie Corner: MiG Madness Out for Xbox Live
Time Pilot with the dial turned up, now on Xbox LIVE Indie Games.
MiG Madness, a fast and frantic jet-fighter arcade game, is now available on Xbox 360 Live Indie Games in the USA, UK, Canada, Italy, Spain, Japan, Singapore and Germany. It wears its inspiration on its sleeve: this is Time Pilot with the dial turned up. Where the 1982 classic kept things simple, MiG Madness piles on satisfying power-ups, one-to-four-player local co-op, a 3D presentation and a day-night cycle. If you have a soft spot for the old top-down dogfighters, this one is worth a few credits.

Realms of Ancient War
A by-the-numbers hack-and-slash with a story that skips beats, a camera that fights you and a punishing grind. Serviceable at best.

Lost Planet 3
A competent if unoriginal third-person shooter that doesn't fit the Lost Planet mould. Better than its reviews suggest, if you ignore the franchise name.
