Angry Birds Trilogy Coming to a Console Near You
Activision and Rovio bring Angry Birds Trilogy, bundling the three original games, to Xbox 360 Kinect, PS3 Move and Nintendo 3DS.
Activision has announced that the mobile juggernaut Angry Birds is moving into the living room with Angry Birds Trilogy. The package bundles all three originals, Angry Birds, Angry Birds Seasons and Angry Birds Rio, for Kinect on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 with Move support, and Nintendo 3DS.
Rovio is tailoring each version to its platform: Kinect for hands-free family play on 360, Move on PS3, and stereoscopic 3D plus StreetPass on 3DS. It’s a straightforward play to turn a phone phenomenon into a boxed console product, aimed squarely at the family and younger crowd.
