Real 3D’s original suite, filed in Orlando’s Orlando Federal District Court for patent infringement and misappropriation of trade secrets on May 28, 1999, is based on claims involving U.S. 4,727,365 and 4,905,164, which are key patents in Real 3D’s patent portfolio.
