Felony Pursuit announced for DC puts another piece of PC gear into the September hardware pile, and 1999 is not exactly short on that right now.

today its plans to publish games for the highly anticipated Sega Dreamcast console system. THQ’s first title announcement for Sega’s new system is Felony Pursuit, an urban car-chase game in which players take on both sides of the law. Developed by Paris-based Polygon Studio, THQ will publish Felony Pursuit for the Dreamcast in spring 2000.

The hardware race is getting mean, and the upside is simple: gamers keep getting faster, stranger toys to bolt into their rigs.
