Fighter Ace Squadron Event

Here is another piece of the September 1998 PC gaming mess. Microsoft said the Internet Gaming Zone is hosting a unique Fighter Ace Squadron event, code-named Route 66, on September 24 and 25 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm PDT. One of Fighter Ace’s biggest events of the year, the squadron-based six vs. six tournament, is so massively multiplayer that it has to be run over two days.

Fighter Ace is a multiplayer World War II aerial combat game playable only on the Zone.
