July 1998 keeps moving, and today the headline is simple: FreeSpace 1.03.01 for All Releases. Volition put out FreeSpace 1.03.01 which is available now for all US and overseas versions (including UK, German, and French).

Notice this is newer than the 1.03 version they released earlier this week. It has two major fixes. You can get 1.03.01 by hitting “Update FreeSpace” in your FS Launcher, or you may download the manual updater from their updates Page. For PC players watching every demo, patch, driver and announcement right now, this is one more thing to keep on the board.
