July 1998 keeps moving, and today the headline is simple: Global Internet Golf Invitational. GameStorm invites armchair golfers to take part in the Global Internet Golf Invitational.

All registered GameStorm members are eligible to try out for the online golf tournament, which will be held on the Muirfield Village course of Accolade’s popular Jack Nicklaus Online Golf Tour simulation. The 100 top scorers from this round will be notified via e-mail that they have qualified for the tournament, to be held in six rounds between Tuesday, July 14 and Sunday, July 19. For PC players watching every demo, patch, driver and announcement right now, this is one more thing to keep on the board.
