Hercules Closing?

Hercules Closing? landed today, giving players another thing to circle on the calendar.

Adrenaline Vault is reporting that Hercules is behind the announcement. Adrenaline Vault is reporting that Hercules, one of the oldest manufacturers of video cards, is closing its doors.

No official press releases have been issued, and Hercules’ web site is up and functional, complete with online ordering. After Canopus left the end user graphics market, Hercules has become known for making the fastest graphics cards available by modifying reference boards for peak performance.

PC hardware is moving stupid fast right now, and this is one more part of that arms race.
