Infogrames US offices with Accolade is the latest item crossing the POCG news desk. It will merge its U.S. offices with Accolade to create the new North American headquarters for Infogrames.

Infogrames, which acquired Accolade last month, also announced that Jim Barnett will become president and CEO of the new Infogrames North America. Jim Barnett, formerly chairman and CEO of Accolade, will become president and CEO of Infogrames North America, reporting to Bruno Bonnell, Infogrames’ CEO and chairman. Barnett has been with Accolade since 1994 and was instrumental in taking the company to its current successful position in the U.S. marketplace.
