Interplay OEM distribution agreement with Fox Interactive

Interplay OEM, a wholly owned subsidiary of Interplay Entertainment Corporation, announced an exclusive Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) distribution agreement with Fox Interactive, a developer and publisher of award-winning titles such as CROC: Legend of the Gobbos, The X-Files Game, Die Hard Trilogy, The Simpsons: Virtual Springfield and the soon-to-be-released James Cameron’s Titanic Explorer. The agreement calls for Interplay OEM, Inc. to be the exclusive worldwide OEM distributor for all PC titles from Fox Interactive during the next two years.
