EA has announced that Jane’s USAF has gone gold and is off to manufacturing. Players will be flying the 8 hottest jets of the United States Air Force as soon as the product ships on October 19. Developed in cooperation with the United States Air Force, Jane’s USAF features historic campaigns based on Desert Storm and the Vietnam War and a futuristic campaign based in Germany.

The hardware race is getting mean, and the upside is simple: gamers keep getting faster, stranger toys to bolt into their rigs.
