MechWarrior Online enters open beta on October 16th, with its Founder's Program closing October 14th, billed as the return of true mech combat.

Infinite Game Publishing and Piranha Games have announced that MechWarrior Online goes into open beta on October 16th. One of 2012’s most anticipated titles, it’s been hailed by fans and press as the return of true mech combat. The Founder’s Program, which offers tiered membership and a head start, officially ends at midnight on October 14th.
