In a management buyout is behind the announcement. In a management buyout, the Adelaide game developer Megamedia Australia has relaunched as Ellipse Studios.

Ellipse Studios previously developed Ancient Conquest and is part-way through development of Submarine Titans, a totally underwater real-time strategy with unprecendented 3D effects and support for up to 24 simultaneous players. The changeover from Megamedia Australia to Ellipse Studios has taken place over the last few weeks with the new corporate site.
