Microsoft Opens Gamestock 2000 To Fans Online

Microsoft’s private Gamestock press event gets an online public window with screenshots and game details.

Microsoft has announced that Gamestock 2000 will again open a public-facing window online. The private press event runs February 29 and March 1, but fans will be able to follow along through the official Gamestock 2000 web site.

The site is scheduled to go live March 1 with screenshots, game introductions, and feature lists from Microsoft’s upcoming lineup. The theme this year is Gamestock 2000: Peace, Love, and Games.

Sure, the press still gets the private dog-and-pony show. But an online look at the goods beats waiting for somebody else to tell us what was behind the curtain.
