Midnight Racing is being developed by Finnish-based IncaGold Development Ltd., the developers of Autobahn Total and features stunning nighttime 3D visuals, over thirty participants in races and exciting crossings and three-way merging roads, making for some superb action. File it under the usual 1999 PC pile: interesting, crowded, and probably fighting five other releases for attention.
