Midway Games Responds To GT Interactive’s Claims

Midway Games today responded to GT Interactive Software filing of a lawsuit against Midway in New York State court. Midway expressed its disappointment with GT Interactive’s attempt to blame Midway for GT Interactive’s own business failures and shortcomings. Indeed, Midway had previously notified GT Interactive of GT Interactive’s failure to perform under the parties’ agreements.
