NHL Championship 2000 is now on the board. It has signed comprehensive licensing agreements with the National Hockey League (NHL) and the National Hockey League Players Association (NHLPA) for its upcoming NHL Championship 2000 video game.

This marks an extension of the powerful FOX Sports banner, which already boasts the most NHL broadcasts in the United States via FOX Sports Net. The deal grants FOX Sports Interactive the rights to the use of key NHL trademarks including hockey’s Stanley Cup and all 28 team names and logos, including 1999-2000 expansion franchise, the Atlanta Thrashers. Additionally, the deal enables the use of all player names and likenesses so gamers can experience the intense action from inside the skates of their favorites.
